The Boardwalk, designed in the early 1980’s, set a new standard for the aesthetic expression of small shopping centers. Since its inception, it has been the premier upscale retail facility serving the area. The façade remodeling is intended to reiterate the original street scene design with a fresh, new look and maintain the center’s retail prominence.
