Description
BRASHEAR TOWER is a 195-nuit senior community constructed in the early 70’s. The existing exterior aggregate panel system had deteriorated. The solution was to encapsulate the entire 9-Story façade with a new energy efficient exterior skin hung off the existing pre-cast concrete frame. New windows, a new covered entry canopy and interior finishes were also included as part of the renovation project.
