WALTONWOOD AT CHERRY HILL is an example of a ‘continuum of care’ senior residential community with a colorful ‘Victorian’ exterior skin. Phase 1 consists of a 3 story, ‘figure 8’ structure with 144 one and two bedroom apartment units attached to a single story administration/resident activity/support building, designed to accept a future assisted living/memory care facility. The second phase was built several years later and included 63 units, resident activity and support spaces serving separated assisted living and memory care populations.
