Our client had several requirements: A HUD funded community of approximately 80 licensed, assisted living units on a tight, 1 ½ acre, reclaimed site with a building design to be reminiscent of the Victorian Age. Our solution…a 3-story, light gage framed structure containing 81 dwelling units and wrapped with front porches.
